These terms and conditions apply to the purchase of goods through Redeal.dk.

All information on redeail.dk is in Danish, and all agreements are made in Danish. It is recommended to carefully read the terms before making a purchase on the webshop.
Product Ordering
Orders for goods must be placed through the website redeail.dk. To order a product, it should be added to the “shopping cart,” and then you can proceed to the “checkout.” At the checkout, you can provide billing and delivery addresses and choose the payment method before final confirmation. Upon the final confirmation of your order, you will see the total price for the ordered items and delivery costs on the website. Before finalizing the order, you will have the opportunity to correct any errors. After confirming the order, you will receive an email with an order confirmation. It is essential to review the confirmation and inform redeail.dk if it does not match the placed order. You are responsible for the accuracy of the customer information entered during the purchase, as we do not validate or verify this information afterward
Prices and Payment
All prices on redeail.dk are in Danish kroner and include VAT and other taxes. Prices are daily prices and only valid on the order date. Payment for orders is made only after the goods have been dispatched. The amount will be deducted from your account only when your order is shipped. The payment will not exceed the approved amount at the time of purchase. Payment information entered during the purchase is processed by QuickPay/NETS or PayPal/MobilePay through an encrypted connection (SSL), readable only by you and QuickPay/NETS or PayPal/MobilePay. No one else sees or stores your payment information.

Delivery
Redeal.dk uses GLS as the delivery company in Denmark. The current delivery time for each product is specified on the GLS website. If a product is out of stock or if the delivery is delayed for any reason, redeail.dk will contact you about the next steps. When ordering items with different delivery times, the order will be shipped together.
Shipping costs to addresses in Denmark are based on the applicable GLS shipping rates, which can be found on the GLS website. If delivery cannot be made due to insufficient address information, redeail.dk offers to resend the order to the correct address and may charge for the re-delivery.
For shipments abroad, PostNord is used, with a delivery time of 5-7 working days. Track & Trace cannot be used for deliveries to addresses abroad, as PostNord delivers our goods as regular mail.
Right of Withdrawal
As a customer at Redeal.dk, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of receiving the product. To exercise the right of withdrawal, use the “Withdrawal Form” and return the product to the following address without undue delay:

Please note that it is not possible to return anything to Redeal.dk without notifying or without postage.
If you have withdrawn your purchase, you must bear the costs associated with the return. You are responsible for the product from the moment you receive it, and when returning, you are responsible for ensuring the product is securely packaged. You can also withdraw your purchase by refusing to accept a shipment from Redeal.dk, provided you notify Redeal.dk at info@redeal.dk or use the “Withdrawal Form.”
Upon receiving and confirming that the product is not defective or damaged, and the original packaging is intact, Redeal.dk will send you a confirmation email. You will receive a refund of the amount paid for the product minus the delivery costs for the initial shipment. Unless you have provided other instructions, the refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the order. The refund will be made without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 days from the date we received notice of your withdrawal. However, we reserve the right to withhold the refund until we have received the product back, unless you have provided documentation of the return before that.
Value Depreciation: You are liable for any depreciation in the product’s value resulting from handling other than necessary to determine its nature, properties, and the way it works. In other words, you can try the product as you would in a physical store. If the product has been tested beyond what is described above, it will be considered used, meaning you may receive only a partial refund or none at all, depending on the product’s commercial value. Please note that the original packaging may constitute a significant part of the product’s value. If the original packaging is not returned in substantially the same condition as when received, it may be considered a depreciation of the product’s overall value. Always save the packaging until you are sure you want to keep the product. For blister-packaged products, decide whether to keep the product or withdraw the purchase before breaking the blister packaging. Examining the product without breaking the blister packaging is possible, and a damaged blister packaging will be considered depreciation if it is a product not normally displayed for testing in a physical store.
Complaints and Claims
The Sale of Goods Act applies to the purchase of goods. As a general rule, you have a 2-year warranty from the receipt of the product according to the Sale of Goods Act. Our warranty covers defects in material and/or manufacture. You must complain within a “reasonable time” after discovering the defect. If you complain within 2 working days of receiving the product, the complaint will always be considered timely.
If you believe that the product you received is defective or otherwise faulty, send an email to info@redeal.dk or use the “Withdrawal Form” within 2 working days of receiving the product, describing the defect/fault along with the order number. We will then send a return label for you to use for product return. Upon receiving your complaint, if it is justified, we will send you a new product.
If a complaint about a returned product is unjustified, or a defect/fault cannot be confirmed, the customer must pick up the product. If the customer wants Redeal.dk to handle the return of the product, the customer must pay the return costs.

Defects resulting from incorrect use of the product, other damaging behavior, or wear are not covered by the warranty.
